WELCOME to our comfortable, 1-level, family-friendly home in the beautiful community of Sunriver. Nestled in the pines of the high desert mountains of Central Oregon, you will love relaxing under the stars in the private hot tub, or curling up by the fire after a day of sightseeing or playing outdoors. Skiing, tubing, ice skating, cycling, pickleball, tennis, golf, fishing, hiking and rafting are just a few of the many activities you can enjoy in Sunriver! Please make sure you read our House Rules and policies before booking.

Our 4 bedroom, 3 full-bath home sleeps 10 (max 6 adults). The Sunset suite and Desert Oasis suite have king size beds and private baths; a third bedroom has two twin beds (which we can convert to a king upon request) and the fourth bedroom has two twin bunk beds. Enjoy the open concept great room with high ceilings as you prepare meals for your family in the well stocked kitchen or on the gas bbq out on the spacious, furnished deck. House amenities include: free wireless internet, 2 refrigerators, washer/dryer, 5 smart TV's with DVD players, lots of games, firewood provided for the gas-assist fireplace, and a private hot tub!  Our home includes 10 SHARC passes for FREE ACTIVITIES giving access to the Sunriver aquatic facility, sledding hill, tennis, disk-golf and the private owners's boat launch! For your use, there are 5 adult bikes, one child bike and a ski/snowboard hanging rack in the garage! All basic kitchen, bed/bath, hot tub and laundry supplies are provided.

 

Our vacation ready home is located on a quiet cul de sac and is close to all that Sunriver has to offer: miles of paved Sunriver biking trails, SHARC aquatic facility, tennis courts, Sunriver Village, golf courses, and floating on the Deschutes River. Mt Bachelor is a quick 30 minute drive and 20 Whistler is a 5 minute walk to the Sunriver Marketplace for groceries so that you can spend your time enjoying Sunriver, not shopping.

 

Central Oregon is a visitors paradise! Mountains, rivers, lakes, volcanic history, starry nights...Come, relax and make memories in the fresh mountain air of Sunriver!!

 

  • Minimum age of Primary Renter must be 25 and MUST be present on the property for duration of the reservation. Occupants under age of 18 shall not be left unsupervised.
  • No parties, events or loud music. NO SMOKING on our property (inside or outside)
  • Sorry, we have a strict NO PET Policy and we do not make exceptions. 
  • Please remove your shoes before entering the house. Thank you!
  • IMPORTANT: All Guests are REQUIRED to read and sign our Rental Agreement and return it immediately. The booking will be cancelled without this document. Our property requires a $500 Security Deposit. It will be collected separately by the property 2 days prior to check-in. Thank you!

About the Owner

Pleased to meet you! We are your hosts, Dave and Lisa. We have individually been visiting Sunriver for over 40 years, and together we bought our personal vacation home several years ago. In 2020 we moved to Sunriver full time from Portland, Oregon. David works for a global technology company and Lisa works for a legacy airline. In March of 2021 we purchased a second home, 20 Whistler Lane, with the expressed purpose of providing opportunities for families and new friends to come and experience Sunriver.

Our comfortable High Desert home is located on a quiet cul de sac and is close to all that Sunriver has to offer. With over 300 days of sunshine, you can enjoy many of the FREE activities with 10 SHARC (Recreation Plus Passes), including: aquatic facility, tennis, sledding hill, disc golf, and the private Sunriver marina w/ shuttle. Sunriver Village, golf courses, miles of biking trails and floating on the Deschutes River are all at your fingertips. Mt Bachelor is a quick 30 minute drive for skiing in winter and hiking/mtn biking/zip lining in summer. Sunriver grocery Marketplace is a 5 minute walk. There are activities for EVERYONE who visits here, from skiing, sledding, biking, hiking, tennis and golf, fly fishing, rafting and horseback riding to star gazing at the Sunriver Observatory, plus outdoor music and many fun establishments to enjoy a great meal or a local brew. The beautiful town of Bend, OR is a 20 minute drive.

Large closets for your outdoor adventure gear will have you organized and ready to explore all of what Central Oregon has to offer! The kiddos can have fun playing games or watching movies on the Smart TV in The Crew Bunk bed room with two bunks=4 twin beds. The Lodge Twin room features two twin beds and can be converted to king bed on request. Enjoy fresh mountain air with fully screened windows in every bedroom. All bedrooms include Smart TV's, large closets, extra pillows and blankets for chilly nights and large fans for summer nights.
